Within the SEIA (Environmental Impact Assessment System) framework, a project that presentes any circumstances within article N° 11 of Law 19,300 (mod. Law 20,417 ), will require an EIA (Environmental Impact assessment). Such as risk to human health, significant damage to natural resources, modification or disturbance of natural resources – landscapes – cultural heritage – locations close to priority sites for conservation or protected areas.
